What we collect

When you fill in a quote form we collect your name, email, phone number, street address and postal code, plus the details of the job: property size, extras, type of service and start date.

We also keep a record that you agreed to have these details shared, and when.

Who receives it

Your request is shared with up to 2 local contractors who offer the service you asked for and cover your area. They use it to contact you with a quote.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for up to 24 months so we can answer questions about them, then delete them.

How to opt out

Email [email protected] with the email address or phone number you used and ask us to remove your details. We will delete them within 30 days and tell the contractors who received your request to do the same.

If a contractor contacts you and you are no longer interested, you can also tell them directly.
